1. Scope and operator

This page explains the scope of the current Subpolar website, operated by Alexander Thomas. Contact details are available in the Imprint. It does not set terms for a financial product that is not yet available.

2. A product in development

Subpolar currently provides information about a planned financial OS and a free waitlist. Descriptions of the product communicate its intended direction. They do not guarantee a launch date, particular features, availability or future pricing.

The website does not offer financial accounts, financial transactions, investment brokerage or paid services. If services become available later, their applicable terms and any costs will be presented separately before you sign up for them.

3. The waitlist

Joining is free and voluntary. Please submit your own accurate contact details. Registration expresses your interest in updates; it does not create a purchase obligation, reserve a financial product or guarantee access.

You can leave the waitlist and withdraw consent to updates by emailing alex@subpolar.io. The Privacy Policy explains how we use your information. Optional analytics consent is separate from joining the waitlist.

4. General information about money

Content on this website is general information about the Subpolar concept. It is not personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and does not take your individual circumstances into account. Descriptions such as “Base”, “Growth” and “Splurge” are explanations of the concept, not promises of financial results.

5. Responsible use

Please do not submit someone else’s personal data without permission, send spam, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access to its systems. The website uses reasonable technical measures to protect the waitlist from abuse.

6. Content and availability

The website may change as the product develops, and temporary interruptions may occur. Rights in the website’s original text, design and imagery remain with their respective rights holders. Third-party software and fonts remain subject to their own licences. Statutory rights of use remain unaffected.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability where this is prohibited by law, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Liability is governed by applicable statutory law. Browsing the website does not by itself signify agreement to additional paid services or future product terms.
